For cafés, restaurants, takeaways and bars

Get your Fiji restaurant or café online, then fill the quiet days

A digital menu page customers can find on Google, a QR deal on every table, and a loyalty card that brings regulars back. Start free and add more when it pays for itself.

Why a digital menu page matters in Fiji now

When someone in Suva or Nadi asks their phone "lunch near me", Google and the AI assistants answer with whatever they can read: hours, a menu, photos, a deal. Most Fiji cafés and restaurants only have a Facebook page, which search engines read poorly and assistants barely read at all.

eCity gives you a business page with your menu, hours, location and a saveable deal in about 30 seconds. It is a real web page, so it shows up where people are looking, and every QR scan or deal saved adds that customer to your list.

QR deals on the table, not flyers on the counter

Print one QR code and put it on tables, the counter and the window. A customer scans it, sees today's offer, saves it to their phone and tells you their name and number in the process. No app to download, nothing to install.

  • Lunch specials that only run on your quiet days
  • A free drink for every tenth coffee, tracked on the phone instead of a paper stamp card
  • Payday deals sent to the people who have already eaten with you
  • A birthday treat that brings a table of friends with it

Loyalty and campaigns that run from one customer list

The person who scanned your table QR is the same person who gets your Friday message. eCity keeps one customer list across the counter, your page and WhatsApp, so a loyalty stamp, a referral and a campaign all land with the same customer. Loyalty, referrals, QR deals and campaigns are live today; bookings and WhatsApp payment requests are being built and are labelled as such on the modules page.

What it costs a restaurant

The business page and one QR deal are free, for as long as you like. The Growth step adds the loyalty card, referrals and campaigns at a flat monthly rate that is confirmed on your onboarding call. The first 100 Fiji businesses lock that rate for good and get a dedicated local consultant who helps set up the first menu, the first deal and the first campaign.

Questions, answered

Do my customers need to download an app to use the QR deal or loyalty card?
No. The QR code opens a web page. Deals and loyalty cards save to the phone from there, and reminders arrive by WhatsApp or SMS.
Can I take online orders through eCity?
You can list your menu and take enquiries today. Online payment flows, including WhatsApp payment requests and M-PAiSA, are being built and are marked "building" on the modules page until they ship.
I already post specials on Facebook. Why would I need this?
Keep posting. eCity sits on top of your social media: it gives search engines and AI assistants a page they can read, and it turns the people who respond into a list you can message directly instead of hoping they see the next post.
Does this work for a small takeaway or a roadside stall?
Yes. If you have a phone and regular customers, a free page and one QR deal are enough to start. Add loyalty when you want regulars to come back more often.
